Construction & Materials

Manufactured using pre-impregnated (prepreg) visible carbon fiber saturated with aerospace-grade epoxy resin, then autoclave-cured under precise pressure and temperature for maximum strength-to-weight ratio. This is the same manufacturing process used on factory Corvette carbon fiber components and produces that high-end supercar trim you demand. The hood features a split weave design joined at the centerline for that unmistakable supercar aesthetic—a detail typically reserved for exotic marques. Finished with a premium UV-resistant clear coat that resists hazing and yellowing under harsh sunlight, maintaining that showroom finish for years. The flat, consistent weave pattern achieved through autoclave curing can't be matched by less expensive wet-laid products.
