SHIPPING & HANDLING:
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS AND REPORT ANY SHIPPING DAMAGE TO SALES@RACINGSPORTCONCEPTS.COM
YOU MUST INCLUDE PICTURES OF PACKAGING AND DAMAGE TO THE PART.
OPEN THE PACKAGE AND INSPECT YOUR PART(S) TO ENSURE THEY MEET OR EXCEED YOUR EXPECTATIONS. KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING
YOUR PACKAGE IS FULLY INSURED. TO CLAIM THE INSURANCE YOU MUST INSPECT YOUR PRODUCT UPON RECEIVING AND NOTATE ANY DAMAGE TO THE CARRIER. THE LONGER YOU WAIT TO REPORT DAMAGE THE LESS LIKELY OUR CLAIM WILL BE APPROVED. WE HIGHLY RECCOMEND RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENTS IN PERSON.
NO CLAIMS FOR TRANSIT DAMAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. TO OFFER YOU THE BEST VALUE AND EXPERIENCE WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVED YOUR PART IN THE SAME CONDITION IT LEFT OUR FACILITY IN. WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION AND UNDERSTANDING
RSC Tuning DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES
All shipments must be inspected within 24 hours. If any parts are damaged or missing, you must notify RSC Tuning within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If RSC Tuning is not notified of the damaged or missing parts within 48 hours, RSC Tuning is not responsible for any damaged or missing parts.
RSC Tuning reserves the right to charge a handling fee on every order being shipped from our facility. This fee is universal and applies to all retail and wholesale purchases and cannot be waived or credited.
A 7% sales tax will be implemented for every purchase made by a Florida resident. This fee will be charged for products purchased online, over the phone, and/or via email. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

SHIPPING FEES ON RETURNS
If an order was shipped with free shipping, and the order is the returned, we reserve the right to charge the customer for the original shipping. Return shipping charges from the customer to us will only be credited in circumstances of warranty or incorrect shipment.
