Corvette C8 Z08 Wing — Carbon Fiber

The RSC Z08 Wing is our take on an updated Z07 — the perfect upgrade for the C8 Z07, Z06, E-Ray, ZR1, or C8 Grand Sport owner looking for more. Inspired by the aesthetics C8 owners love about the ZR1 ZTK rear wing, the Z08 refines that look with smoother surfaces and less drag, while still delivering meaningfully more downforce than the factory Z07 along with a more modern silhouette and more efficient aerodynamics. That is why we chose to call it the Z08.

Many of our clients think of it as a ZR1 ZTK wing, but in reality the RSC design serves the majority of C8 wide-body owners better. The Z08 wing features a unique internal spar design and an engineered carbon fiber layup schedule for maximum stiffness and rigidity — a rock-solid wing that inspires confidence at the track without committing to the full race-wing look.

Anyone who has seen a ZTK wing in person knows the truth — it is big. The Z08 sits in the sweet spot between the Z07 and the ZTK: more aggressive than the Z07, more resolved and proportionally correct than the ZTK. A clean-sheet RSC design engineered to perform at high speed, not just look the part at a standstill — developed in collaboration with motorsport aerodynamicists and former GM designers to deliver a true OEM+ wing upgrade for the C8 wide-body platform.

Every surface was shaped with downforce, stability, and visual balance in mind. The result is a wing that looks the part at Carlisle or NCM, and behaves the part at Daytona or Laguna.

CONSTRUCTION & MATERIALS

The Z08 Wing is constructed using vacuum-infused carbon fiber to accommodate our internal spar design and provide additional stiffness. Dry carbon fiber is laid into a precision CNC milled tool, then resin is drawn through the layup under vacuum pressure — fully wetting every fiber, eliminating voids, and producing a consistently compacted part edge to edge. The result is a wing that resists flex and deflection under aerodynamic load, holding its designed profile across the speed range rather than twisting or bowing at the tips like less rigid constructions.

Finished with a premium UV-inhibiting clear coat that resists hazing and yellowing under harsh sunlight, the Z08 delivers the flat, consistent weave and showroom presence RSC is known for — paired with the additional structural integrity demanded of a wing that produces this much downforce.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING

The Z08 Wing is a clean-sheet RSC design — shaped to deliver more downforce and greater aerodynamic efficiency than the factory Z07 wing’s more spoiler-like profile, while complementing, not competing with, the C8 surfacing. The silhouette is more aggressive than the factory Z07 in profile and more resolved in detail, positioned as the next step for owners pushing their Corvette into track-focused territory.

Endplate geometry, chord depth, and mounting position were developed to balance downforce with visual restraint. Where lesser wings announce themselves through visual noise, the Z08 is disciplined — clean lines, precise edges, and surface transitions that match the rest of the car. The Z08 was developed in collaboration with F1 composites engineers, F1 aerodynamicists, and former GM designers who worked extensively on the Corvette platform — bringing motorsport-grade aerodynamic discipline to a wing that lives on the street as comfortably as it performs on track.

FITMENT

Designed specifically for Corvette C8 factory wide-body models, both Coupe and Convertible (HTC) body styles:

       2023–2027 Corvette C8 Z06 (all trims)

       2024–2027 Corvette C8 E-Ray (all trims)

       2025+ Corvette C8 ZR1

       2026+ Corvette C8 Grand Sport

       2026+ Corvette C8 Grand Sport X

Note: The Z08 Wing is designed for wide-body C8 variants and does not fit the Corvette C8 Stingray, which uses a narrower chassis and different rear deck geometry.

INSTALLATION

The Z08 Wing mounts to the factory Z07 wing locations on the rear deck — meaning C8 Z07 Package owners can simply unbolt the factory Z07 wing and install the Z08 in its place using four screws. No drilling, no cutting, no permanent modification required for Z07 cars, and the install is completely reversible.

For non-Z07 Corvettes (Z06, E-Ray, ZR1, Grand Sport, Grand Sport X), the factory rear bumper is modified to clear the wing uprights, and mounting points are added to the rear bulkhead to match the Z07-equivalent locations.
