On the road and on track, the extended splitter surface increases front-end downforce for sharper turn-in and high-speed stability, while the dive planes at the bumper corners add downforce at the nose and help keep it planted through fast corners and under heavy braking. Construction & Materials

Both the splitter and the dive planes are manufactured using pre-impregnated (prepreg) visible carbon fiber saturated with aerospace-grade epoxy resin, then autoclave-cured under precise pressure and temperature for maximum strength-to-weight ratio. This is the same manufacturing process used on factory Corvette carbon fiber components and by every major exotic marque, and it produces that high-end supercar fit and finish discerning owners demand. Every piece utilizes a special high-temperature resin system that resists discoloration and warping not found on lower-cost options, and is finished with a premium UV-inhibiting clear coat that resists hazing and yellowing under harsh sunlight. The flat, consistent 2x2 twill weave achieved through autoclave curing can’t be matched by less expensive wet-laid products.

Because the splitter and dive planes come from the same process and the same clear coat, the weave and finish match across all five pieces — no mismatched tint or texture between the splitter and the planes above it.

A note on “visible carbon”: the term refers to the weave being exposed — it is not a type of carbon fiber. Many products advertised as visible carbon fiber are only a top layer of carbon over fiberglass or cheaper material. Every piece in this RSC package is constructed entirely of prepreg carbon fiber.

Fitment

Designed for Corvette C8 factory wide-body models, both Coupe and Convertible (HTC) body styles:

•        2023–2027 Corvette C8 Z06 (all trims, with or without Z07)

•        2024–2027 Corvette C8 E-Ray (all trims)

•        2025+ Corvette C8 ZR1

•        2027+ Corvette C8 Grand Sport

Both parts mount to the factory Z07 locations. Cars with the factory Z07 front bumper (or the ZR1 ZTK front bumper with slots) have the dive plane slots pre-cut, so installation is direct. On a standard Z06, E-Ray, ZR1, or Grand Sport bumper without factory slots, slots must be cut into the sides of the bumper to mount the dive planes securely — contact us before ordering if you are unsure which bumper your car has.

Note: This package is designed for the wide-body C8 variants and DOES NOT FIT the Corvette C8 Stingray, which uses a narrower chassis and different front bumper geometry.

Installation

The splitter installs using the factory Z07 mounting locations on the front bumper, and the dive planes fit the same mounting points as the factory Z07 components. All necessary hardware is included.
