It's one thing to talk about using CAD (Computer Aided Design) tools to engineer your parts, but that doesn't mean you are good at engineering parts. RSC has focused on engineering body parts in CAD since 2009, and our engineering team has over 20 years of OEM engineering experience. Each RSC product benefits from our ever growing experience from engineering large organic shapes such as complete replacement bumpers for Lamborghinis to highly intricate load baring products like replacement door handles.

Premium Materials and Workmanship
We start with making better molds by using premium tools manufactured from Carbon Fiber or Aluminum to ensure logevity and consistency in each part. We use the finest pre-impregnated carbon fiber to provide a maximal strength to weight ratio. Our craftsman ensure the weave is consistent in direction and free from defects. We cure our parts in state of the art autoclaves despite the added cost. Finally each part is painted 5-10 times with a deep clear coat providing outstanding depth and clarity that will last for years to come
