The Racing Sport Concepts carbon fiber Superleggera Wings utilize only the best pre-preg carbon fiber material for maximum strength, durability, and weight-reduction.

Lower quality replicas use inferior-grade wet carbon fiber layup methods or vaccume bags which will result in weave distortions. In addition to the aesthtic drawbacks, these inferior and less expensive manufacturing methord result in a much heavier, visually un-appealing part that will not match the OEM 2x2 Twill Lamborghini Carbon.  Not to mention the clear coat delamination issues and bubbling problems we often hear about from clients who are replacing a less expensive version with an RSC Superleggera Wing

Racing Sport Concepts has invested in additional molds to maintain better surface quality instead of re-using the same tool over and over past its' useful life.

Poor quality clear coat lacking the expensive but necessary UV inhibitors can cause issues such as peeling of the actual clear coat, cracking, and most often yellowing of the finish within a year or two with decent exposure to the sun. 

We know our clients love a deep thick clear glossy clear coat.  This seeminly easy portion of the manufacturing process can be the most costly and time consuming to perfect.  Ensuring there is no dust particles or contaminants during the paint and cure process and using the best UV inhibitors.
